Most orders are delivered the same or next business day at standard ground rates. More than 98% of the products ordered are shipped from inventory. We use many different carriers in order to provide you with fast deliveries, but if you need a special delivery or would like to pick up your order at our Will Call counters, please let us know. If you prefer a certain carrier, just select Other in the shipping method tool and enter that carrier’s name.
We can ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We evaluate international orders from all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.
We accept orders via phone, email, and this website. After you place your order, we will send you an email acknowledgement. You can mail your check to us at PO Box 221634, West Palm Beach, FL 33422. To pay by credit card, go to your order history or call us.
To return or exchange a product, send it to FSSG location as shown below. You will be given credit upon receipt of the material. When exchanging a product, return the product and place a new order. A Return Authorization Number is not required
